I was the unconfident one.
Growing up overweight, I avoided people. I avoided photos. I never felt comfortable in my own skin and I didn't know what to do.
Training changed that. Not just physically, but every area of my life got better. More confident, more driven, just a better version of myself.
The times I have felt my absolute best, the most like myself, not just physically but mentally too, have been when I was strong, jacked, and genuinely fit all at the same time. Not one or the other. All three.
Don't underestimate what you can change in 8 weeks. It is enough time to change how you look, how you feel, and build real strength and fitness. If you genuinely lock in and do the work, you can walk away a completely different person.
