You want to build muscle and strength
Your lifting needs enough high-quality volume, progression, smart exercise selection, periodisation and recovery to drive adaptation instead of becoming an afterthought.
Build muscle. Get stronger. Get fitter. You do not have to choose one. Coaching is built around the outcome you actually care about, so you can look better, perform better, hit meaningful goals and become a more capable version of yourself.

You can care about your physique, strength and fitness at the same time. The answer is not doing more of everything. It is knowing what deserves priority, what needs to be maintained, how much work you can recover from and how every part of the week fits together.
Your lifting needs enough high-quality volume, progression, smart exercise selection, periodisation and recovery to drive adaptation instead of becoming an afterthought.
Your cardio needs structure too. The right modality, intensity, volume and placement across the week, with no junk work that adds fatigue without moving the goal forward or repeatedly compromises your key lifting sessions.
Sometimes muscle and strength lead. Sometimes it is HYROX, a running PB, general fitness or fat loss. The plan should shift with the goal while keeping the other qualities progressing or maintained wherever possible.
The right structure manages fatigue, recovery and competing training demands for you, so every session has a purpose and the important work keeps moving forward.
As a coach, I want to lead from the front. My own training has taken me through powerlifting, bodybuilding, HYROX, ultramarathons, CrossFit and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I know what it is like to want more than one thing from your body, to feel nervous and excited before something big, and to keep going when things start falling apart. I even know what it is like to run more than 100 miles through the night on no sleep. I coach this because I live it.
Different starting points. Different goals. The common thread is a clear plan, consistent execution and coaching that adapts when real life gets in the way.

Over four months, Jakob lost 14.9kg and more than 20cm from his waist while getting stronger, building his cardio, improving his confidence and returning to senior footy.

Brittany struggled to run 3km when we started. She is now stronger, 11kg lighter, has run a sub-50-minute 10k and has completed multiple half marathons.

Lost fat, built muscle and strength, then progressed from struggling to run 5km to completing a half marathon while being a new mum.

Over four months, Luke lost 20kg through consistent training, nutrition and week-to-week execution while building a much stronger foundation.

Lost body fat, built fitness and progressed from struggling to run 2km to a 52-minute 10k.

Over eight weeks, Jake body recomposed through sickness, family commitments and a holiday. He added muscle, built fitness and got stronger across every exercise.

Built muscle, gained strength and lost body fat while still maintaining balance outside the gym.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would get to the point where I would go to the gym and do cardio instead of lying in bed. Loving this heaps mate, so keen to keep smashing it.
Since starting with Jackson I have dropped 7kg and 11cm off my waist. My strength has increased, as has my muscle mass. His knowledge of movement, fitness and nutrition has been incredibly helpful in transforming my body and my mental approach to training.
Jackson has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, constantly challenging me to grow stronger, stay consistent and believe in my full potential even on the tough days.
I went from having little confidence in myself and my appearance to feeling confident and comfortable in myself. I am proud of the physical results, but the biggest result was not giving up on myself and just giving it a crack.
Since working with Jackson, I have become the strongest and fittest I have ever been. I have hit a half marathon PB, my weight is the lowest it has been in my adult life, and I feel healthy and confident doing it.
I have loved having the structure and not needing to think about everything myself. With a busy job I used to struggle just to show up. Now I am consistent, I know exactly what I am doing, and I actually enjoy training.
Coaching has helped me build more structure and discipline with sleep, nutrition and recovery, and that has carried over into work and day-to-day life. I feel more organised, confident and consistent overall.

I grew up overweight, self-conscious and unhappy with how I looked and felt. Training changed that, and over time it became much more than trying to look better.
I wanted to be muscular. I wanted to be genuinely strong. I also wanted to run, race and have serious fitness. For a long time it felt like the fitness world wanted you to pick a side.
You do not have to. You can develop all of those qualities. The key is understanding which quality needs to lead right now, how the other pieces support it and how much total stress you can actually recover from.
Over the last decade I have trained across bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, HYROX, running and ultramarathons, and competed across all of them except bodybuilding. I have completed multiple ultramarathons, including 163km in a backyard ultra. These experiences matter because I understand the trade-offs in practice, not just on paper.
I have been coaching for nearly six years, helping people lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, improve their fitness, build confidence and create structure that carries into the rest of life. The goal is to build the strongest version of yourself: stronger, fitter, more confident and more capable, with a plan built around the goals you genuinely care about.
The program, check-ins, reviews and adjustments are the system, not the end goal. Everything below is there to help you get stronger, fitter, leaner, more muscular, more confident or better at the performance goal you actually care about.
Your training is built around your goals, schedule, training history, preferences and recovery. Strength, hypertrophy, running and conditioning are organised with a clear reason behind every piece.
Personalised calories and macros, practical nutrition guidance and ongoing adjustments. Gold coaching also includes a personalised meal plan built around your goals, preferences and lifestyle.
After each weekly check-in, you receive a personalised video from me breaking down your progress, what matters most and exactly what we are doing next.
I review every training session you complete, not just your weekly check-in. I am looking at performance, progression, execution and anything that needs attention.
Upload exercise videos and I will coach the details, from setup and execution to the small changes that make an exercise safer, more effective and easier to progress.
Message me through the coaching app whenever questions come up. You do not have to wait until the next check-in to get feedback or solve a problem.
Your plan keeps evolving. Training volume, intensity, exercise selection, cardio, nutrition and weekly structure are adjusted as your performance, recovery, schedule and goals change.
Your sessions, exercise demonstrations, performance data, body metrics, progress photos, nutrition targets and communication are kept together in one place.
Guides, nutrition resources, recipe support, eating-out strategies and education that help you understand the plan and become better at making decisions for yourself.
See how coaching works before you apply, from your programming and tracking through to check-ins, feedback and ongoing adjustments.

You train. I review every session, monitor performance and recovery, coach the details and adjust the plan as we go. The goal is simple: keep improving week after week without guessing what needs to change.
