I was the fat kid.

I know what it feels like to be unhappy with how you look and feel. I grew up overweight, self-conscious, and not confident in who I was. I did not like myself. Training changed that.

What started as a way to feel better became what I built my life around.

Over the last decade I have competed in powerlifting, CrossFit, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and HYROX. I've run marathons, completed ultra-distance events, trained as a bodybuilder, and developed into a hybrid athlete.

Getting here was not luck or genetics. It was learning what actually works, building plans that fit real life, and showing up consistently even when it was hard.

I have been coaching for five years. I have helped people lose fat, build muscle, improve performance, and change how they feel about themselves. That is what I do.

Apply and get accepted
Fill out the application form. I review every application personally and reach out within 24 hours to make sure we are a good fit before anything starts.

Complete your intake
You receive a detailed intake form covering your training history, goals, lifestyle, and schedule. The more detail you give, the better your plan.

I build your plan
I design your training and nutrition around your lifestyle and goals, based on real experience not just theory. We refine it together so it is realistic and sustainable.

Step 04
Train, check in, progress
You follow a clear plan. I review your training, track progress, send you weekly video feedback, and adjust everything to keep results moving forward week after week.

People who lift and want to be fit too. You want to be strong, look good, and actually have a real engine, not just be good at one thing. My clients range from everyday people who want to look and feel better, to people training for HYROX, running events, or just wanting to perform at a higher level in every area of life.
No. Some of my best results have come from people who were complete beginners when we started. The intake process before we begin makes sure your plan is built exactly for where you are starting from, not where someone else is.
Everything runs through the Everfit coaching app. Your training program, nutrition targets, and progress tracking all live in one place. Every week you submit a check-in and I send back a personalised video response going through your progress, what is working, and what to adjust. You also have 24/7 access to message me any time.
That depends on you. Most people notice real changes in the first four weeks when they are consistent. The eight week minimum commitment exists because that is enough time to see significant, measurable change if you show up and do the work.
Life happens. That is what ongoing adjustments are for. The program adapts to what you have available. A week of travel or a busy period is not a reason to fall off, it is just a reason to adjust the plan.
Yes. The program is built around your goals. If you want to prioritise strength and muscle with some cardio layered in, we do that. If you want to push performance and conditioning with solid lifting throughout, we do that too. The balance shifts to match what matters most to you.
Eight weeks. That is the minimum because anything less does not give you enough time to actually see what consistent, well programmed training can do. After eight weeks you can continue month to month.
